Exchange and Returns
Returns and Refunds Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we reserve the right to only refund faulty items, subject to inspection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. If you wish to return/exchange your item and it is in the aforementioned condition, please contact us at the email address (email@example.com) or via email to verify eligibility. We will then ask you to return the item to our return address, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item to the original address. Do not send an item without contacting us for further instructions and the return address. An item sent without prior contact with us may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or not approved at all:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified with a confirmation of arrival as well as approval/disapproval of the refund/exchange request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method. Defective Items If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at (email@example.com) and provide photos of the damage. After reviewing the photos, we will replace it. There are no additional shipping costs. If your product is damaged after a reasonable amount of time from the purchase, we will replace it ("reasonable amount of time" varies depending on the product and will be determined separately for each case).
Refunds for Delayed Delivery Please refer to our shipping policy for further details. Our average shipping times are 7-21 business days. However, in some cases, there may be delays beyond our control. In such cases, the shipping time may take longer than usual, but we will do everything to expedite the process. In most cases, such delays are resolved quickly, but if an item does not arrive within 6 weeks from the order date, we will refund or resend it.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Exchange (if applicable) If you are dissatisfied with the product received, we are happy to replace it for you as long as the item is unused, unopened, faulty, or damaged, and the exchange request is made within the 30-day period.
Shipping If you need to return the item to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
